Fish Leong aka Liang Jingru (梁静茹) is a Malaysia-born Chinese singer whose singing career is based in Taipei. Her family is originally from Guangdong Province’s Shunde. Her Mandarin ballads are karaoke favorites and have maintained their popularity over the years.
